WARRANTY
We at Gadgets Clinic provide different types of warranties depending on the type of repair or product. The use of our repair service may void your manufacturer’s warranty. If you want to avoid this, please take your device directly to the manufacturer. The warranty is linked to a specific device as identified by its unique IMEI or serial number and to a particular customer as identified by the records on our system. It will cover the customer for the re-occurrence of the original fault and the part replaced/repaired only. However, if additional faults arise, they will not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Furthermore, the warranty will not cover accidental damage, nor will the cover extend should the device change ownership. Unless otherwise stated, we will provide repair or replacement services if there is a defect in the materials or quality of a product.
What is covered for my device under my warranty?
Inherent defects with the parts installed will be covered under our warranty.
What is not covered for my device under my warranty?
Accidental and liquid damage will not be covered under our warranty.
